Some of you knew Ned Cole as the “Scribe” of the Atchafalaya Basin Program.
After Ned retired from the Program, the task of filling his shoes fell to me and
I was ill-prepared to provide the support that Ned had.
Ned was always supportive of my attempts.

Others have different stories about him from his colorful past.
